Mark Goodin, Founder & President
Mark began his market research career in 1982 when he joined Suburban Associates, a prominent field service in Los Angeles, as an executive/professional/medical respondent recruiter and interviewer.

Using that experience, Mark opened his own independent recruiting and interviewing shop in 1985, though they weren’t called Aaron-Abrams Field Support Services in those days. His firm supplied respondent recruiting and interviewing services to focus group moderators, advertising agencies, corporate marketers and field services.

"More than 20 years later, we continue to supply quality respondents to a multitude of different organizations coast to coast," says Mark. "We’ve learned first-hand the intricacies of effective screener construction, project planning and execution, problem solving, and the capabilities and limitations of respondents and field suppliers. Maria Demas, Partner
After graduating from California State University Northridge with a B.A. in geography, Maria worked as a respondent recruiter and interviewer for three years, then joined Diagnostic Research (now Added Value) in Los Angeles as a field coordinator, a role that involved managing malls during copy testing. Following Diagnostic Research, she worked for Meister Information Group as a project and field coordinator.

"For eight years, I handled project set up, screener development and field management for our qualitative and quantitative market research projects," says Maria. "I established numerous relationships with quality suppliers across North America and Western Europe. I worked closely with our clients during the set up and execution phases of their projects, and incorporated my experience as a former respondent recruiter to create effective screening questionnaires and troubleshoot field problems."

Today, Maria continues to work closely with our clients and suppliers, planning, arranging and supervising projects, making sure they stay on budget and on schedule, and ensuring that our clients are 100% satisfied with our professional services.
